Amanda and Kevin’s wedding at Snowbasin . . .
July 9, 2013 – “It was a perfect summer day for a beautiful wedding at the Snowbasin Resort. This wedding had so many wonderful elements, thanks to Amanda’s creative ideas and Rebecca’s planning at Wedding Expectations. The bride rode the tram down the mountain to greet her groom and wedding guests. The spiral seating at the base of the mountain was very unique, allowing all the guests a perfect view of Amanda with her father as they walked ‘around’ the aisle. Kevin had a ‘best woman’ and Amanda had a ‘man of honor’. The details for this wedding were extraordinary, from the heart shaped cookie cutters and cookies for each guest to Amanda’s father’s cuff links that said “I loved her first.” The cakes were creative and the flowers were bright and beautiful. The wedding guests all rode the tram to the top of the snow-capped mountains to celebrate and enjoy a scrumptious dinner at the Needles Lodge. A highlight was Amanda’s father toast, as he spoke of playing ‘tea party’ with his only daughter when she was a little girl. He then presented Kevin with a tiny tea cup and saucer, saying that now it was his turn to play ‘tea party’ with Amanda. The classic rock band, Paid in Full, provided fun music for dancing in the cool mountain air. It was truly a magical night as the bride and groom made their exit to sparklers and another tram ride down the hill in the moonlight. What a pleasure to photograph this amazing wedding for such a fun couple. Congratulations to Amanda and Kevin!!” Glade and Corinne
