Snowflakes on your Tongue

February 26, 2011 – “How long has it been since you got out and enjoyed the snow – not just endured it?  Snowshoeing is a perfect way.  It is peacefully quiet and magically beautiful.  It gets your heart pounding, your muscles burning and mind relaxing.  We are blessed to live in a place here in Utah where we are mere minutes away from spectacular canyons and great hiking trails.  These photos were taken on a Saturday morning snowshoeing excursion with our faithful canine companion, Roxy.  She loves coming with us and runs through the snow with puppy-like enthusiasm.  Get out and enjoy the snow while it lasts.  Build a snowman, have a snowball fight, catch snowflakes on your tongue.  It will make you feel like a kid again and we could all use a little of that!”  Glade and Corinne
