Elayne and her daughters . . .
April 16, 2010 – “Elayne is our adopted grandma and our hero. We want to be like here when we grow up. She is not one to just sit around in her advancing years. She has served numerous LDS church missions. Despite being nearly blind from macular degeneration, she remains busy and active. She is multi-talented and accomplished in so many areas. She loves music and has a beautiful voice. She is an experienced potter and has shared her talents with the boy scouts and young women in our neighborhood. Her home is filled with her handiwork, from her pottery, to handmade quilts, to the most intricate needlework. Her daughters are equally accomplished in their own right. We felt privileged to take photos of them. The bond between a mother and her girls is very special. If it has been awhile since you have taken a family photo, especially with extended family, do it!! You’ll be so glad you did.” Glade and Corinne
